Good Morning, and Happy Cinco de Mayo! I hope you have some fun things planned for your weekend (Big Man and I get to see Avengers today!). There was lots of bloggy goodness this week. (Yes, “bloggy” is a word. I added it to my dictionary to get rid of the squiggly red line.)   Here are some of my favorites.

Lessons from Photography: See Beauty Differently- This lovely post is from a new-to-me blog, Lattes and Love. I really appreciated the reminder to seek out beauty in the everyday things and find a different way to view the world around me.

You Might be a Fundamentalist If – This is a “heavier” post than I usually include in Sample Saturday, but it was really challenging to me and covers an important subject. I definitely struggle with being a fundamentalist and this post was a good reminder to be more concerned with loving like Jesus did and less concerned with being right.

The Four F’s of Summer Parenting- The Confident Mom shares some practical tips for summer parenting when your kids are off school.

Changing Yourself – Excellent food for thought over at Assume Love about the right way to encourage your spouse to change.

Art Smiles - There’s a fun (and geeky) gallery of cool artwork over at the EPBOT blog.

The Judgment Olympics – What better way to prepare for this year’s summer games than to see a list of the medal-worthy events in the sport of judging people? This post is classic SCL: hilarious, but with a good bite of honest satire.

For those of you who enjoy reading flow-charts (I do), here’s one that is incredibly efficient
